I realize that there are times and seasons for Hotels, and this hotel is in the winter of it season. It’s old and tired, and while I see signs of fresh paint, there’s definitely a need for a major refresh and update. The staff was friendly and professional, and the place was generally clean, but the rooms are far below what I would’ve expected for a downtown hotel in that city

The first room had a sticky floor, balls of other peoples hair, bed wasnt made, no hot water. Second room was even worse, smelled horrible, very dated, no hot water again. I understand renos but this is not the way to do it. Staff was very rude as well. Glad we left there and were able to enjoy a nice stay elsewhwere :)

Under construction or cleaning? I was there years ago when it was Best Western. Just felt a lottle different. Not bad though. The room was great! Very clean and tidy. Good layout. I will be renting again at those rates.

Smelled of stale cigarette smoke, damp with peeling wallpaper, industrial fans in hallway, room across the hall taped up. Disgusting overall. Suffered through one night that then found another hotel to complete the trip.

We had an issue checking into another property in Charlottetown. It was nearing midnight and the clerk at the front desk gave us an amazing rate and made us feel welcome and wanted when another property had not. Great customer service!
