Quaint hotel and just what we needed for our stay in Charlottetown.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Heads up, nowhere to hang clothes (no closet) and no rooms have TVs. The walls are quit thin-you can hear talking from the hall. But it's got a great location, it's very clean and the beds are nice.
Be prepared for the " musical groups play until 2am" to be true. Quite loud and certainly limits the ability to sleep. I was aware so it was fine. Otherwise, loved it!
The hotel is right near some great restaurants and lots of cool shops are nearby. They consider themselves a minimalist hotel so no tv but we didn't care because there was so much to do, we didn't care about having a tv. The staff were super friendly and the room was spotless. The parkade is a few shops away but easy to get to. We would stay again.
The room was small but for my needs it was perfect. Most of my time was spent outside not inside a room. The hotel amenities were very good. It is an excellent low cost hotel choice that is in the heart of Charlottetown. Even though there was no free breakfast and a small charge for parking (free on weekends), it was still far cheaper than other hotels in the area. I would stay here again.
Great place for those who want to spend no time in the room at all.As there are no amenities & and the room is TOO small.
New rooms, VERY clean. Staff was extremely accommodating.
Terrible night. No sleep. Music blaring from club, worst location for room. Awoken to Motorcycles racing on the street multiple times throughout the night. The worst being woken at 1:45 AM. It went on all throughout the night.

Disliked: Amenities
I would never stay here if you plan on sleeping. We were on the 4th floor and it was absolutely terrible. There was a club next door that played music until past 2am and our whole room felt like it was vibrating. We could hear the music even with our own fan and ear plugs. We told the staff and their response was “ sorry to hear that”. We will be back to PEI, but will never stay here again.
No fridge in the room, the ice machine in the lounge barely worked, no water available anywhere in the hotel as there is one vending machine and the water was sold out.
When booking, people should be informed that there is an area to remove your suitcases from the trunk of the car and leave them at reception. before going searching for a parking place.
The lighting above the bed could be improved a bit as you cannot lie in bed and read as the lighting isn't strong enough. We love the fact that there was a restaurant and bar right next door didn't have to go far to get something to eat or drink. Would definitely recommend it to anyone
I don’t think enough of the reviews talk about just how noisy this hotel is. The walls have to be paper thin cause you can hear everything in adjacent rooms. Not only is there a bar with live music on the main floor of this hotel but there is also a club next to it. It sounded like we were inside of the club. Our heat pump was set so it wouldn’t go below 23 and it felt so hot in the room. The bathroom was so bare minimum. I understand they are trying to keep the rooms cheap but for what we paid, it was not worth it. The glass walls around the bathroom don’t go all the way to the ceiling. There’s no shower door so after you shower, the bathroom is just a complete mess of water. There’s hardly any lighting we could barely see. Very upset with how much we paid and how poor quality this hotel is.
