Reception staff were very helpful for our room upgrade request on a very full holiday weekend. Breakfast was perfect for us, prooridgr and fresh fruit. The 3rd floor studio is very large and quiet but you must be able to climb stairs.

Quaint heritage inn with old world charm & antiques . Easy walking distance to downtown Charlottetown . Excellent breakfast cooked to order. Room was small but had all necessary tech & amenities . No elevators , have to carry bags up narrow stairs.

I love this place! I stayed here 2 years ago and when I decided to go back to Charlottetown I definitely wanted to stay here again! It is so quiet! I never heard or saw antine else except at breakfast. The room was perfect! Large, comfortable and had everything we needed! The house is warm and welcoming and the breakfast was great! It is very close to shopping and dining options ( only a few blocks to walk) and very close to Founders Hall where a lot of tours meet.

breakfast was good to better than good. at check in there was some confusti[on on part of front desk lady as to our reservation, but was immediately resolved by my showing her the internet generated computer printout showing the reservation and info. We found the staff were friendly and helpful and our room was very nice, but the bed was not very comfortable…the mattress had collapsed on one side, which caused that person to have to move into the center…not great. And we had a very noisy person walking above us…at all hours. But beautiful house, great walk ability, good parking and breakfast included, so all good points.

Pleasant Spot - Great Location

We had a room with Kitchenette but never did cook there. Included breakfasts were tasty and plentiful. Other meals were eaten out. No one told us we had to restock the Keurig with capsules available elsewhere in the hotel, so our first morning we just thought we had been overlooked. We appreciated the fact that there was detergent supplied for the washing machine. The walls were a bit thin so our neighbours were easily overheard… and us by them I suppose.
