This hotel is fabulous! The perfect spot to stay in Charlottetown with friendly and helpful staff, a beautiful room and delicious breakfast included. It is an old convent school that has been brought back to life as a hotel and its great!

I thought the bedrooms, the tread count, the pillows, the beddings in general and the rooms were 5 star quality and led to a very restful sleep. The massage chair in the hallway next to the elevator was unique though I didn't use it. The building is refurbished but the sound was good without disruptions. The staff were very accommodating particularly since i had to leave early. However, I did have a significant reservation: the breakfast area, the breakfast choices and the atmosphere were well below my expectations. Staff should not be doing their dishes while we are eating. The area is in the basement with low ceilings. The food was very egg based and it took them a bit of effort to find some vegan options after a day but at least they tried. I, frankly, would have suggested you eat breakfast elsewhere.

This was probably the nicest hotel we have ever stayed in. We were utterly in shock when we opened the door to our room to find out that it was literally a two bedroom apartment. It came complete with a full kitchen, living room, dining room two full bathrooms and two full bedrooms. There was even a washer and dryer in one of the bathrooms. It was spotlessly clean and we could’ve lived there.!! I cannot recommend this hotel enough!!

We stayed at the Sydney Inn last year and we loved it so much that we came back again this year and stayed again. The suites are beautiful, the beds are cozy and we love that we can walk to the downtown core for dinner. It’s in a great location. The complimentary breakfast was good too! Just a beautiful hotel.
