Great stay.

Close to everything, staff was really nice and helpful! We were traveling with a 5 month old and they helped us get hot water to the warm the bottles and even helped sanitize our bottles in the microwave.

The Chatham Wayside Inn was a wonderful place to stay. My husband and I attended a wedding nearby, and the Wayside was convenient to the events we attended, and was walkable to great shops and dining on Main Street. Hotel staff was friendly, hotel was very clean, and the complimentary breakfast was perfect. I would definitely stay again!

Nice hotel, rustic and rooms are spacious. Nice outdoor pool and a decent fitness centre. Great alternative to Chatham Bars Inn and far less stuck up, which can certainly be an advantage depending on what you're looking for. It's also right on the strip. Parking is super easy and so is checking in.

First of all, room was not ready at check-in for 4pm. Once we got to our room, the a/c wasn’t working and it took about 30-45mins for someone to come and show us another room because maintenance wasn’t available. Then upon having to move rooms, we had to go to the front desk to get new keys. Charging close to $600/night for a room, I would have expected better service. Will definitely have reservations about staying here again.

Wonderful as usual

I had a wonderful stay here - can’t beat the location - right on Main Street in the heart of downtown Chatham. Room was fresh and clean, mattress was very soft, would have preferred a firmer one but slept fine. I did bring my own pillow which I left accidentally, the staff called me maybe 20 minutes after I checked out to tell me I left it, which I really appreciate. I wish the complimentary breakfast had a couple more warm food options - there were scrambled eggs and everything else was cold (fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal, pastries, granola). It would have been nice to have bacon and/or sausage. Overall a great option if you want to be close to the shops!

Wonderful stay.

We had a wonderful stay. Our room was very clean and we especially enjoyed the complimentary continental breakfast each morning. In the heart of Chatham, everything is a short walk away. My daughter and I enjoyed walking up to Shore Rd to catch the sunrise.
