The room 119 the door lock was not working went back to tell reception they were fully booked so they could not swap rooms we had to sleep with the door being able to open from outside so anyone can come in did not feel safe spoke to duty manager this morning explained the situation to him Damien duty manager he said they will refund the money to you and then we have to tell you about it which i am now so you can refund me the money back into my credit card account thanks please contact me with more information

The staff were excellent and a credit to the hotel. The gym is very small but adequate as long as there are no more than 6 people using it. Bed too soft. Food was pretty good but my medium to well done steak was very undercooked and very disappointing. Would definitely stay again.

I always choose to stay at this hotel, not because of the hotel, but because of the wonderful staff, they are 2nd to none and I believe that is well wealth the money at the reception staff are wonderful
