Inexpensive room but the bed had a broken leg and would tilt over if you laid on that side. Television kept losing signal, friends of ours stayed there in another room and the TV was broken the desk told them that the maintenance man was not there, coke machine didn't work, and no sugar or creamer for coffee maker. Glad it was just for one night.

The outside and lobby looked beautiful and inviting. The rooms are extremely dated and smell of oldness. Luckily I had febreeze to eliminate some of the smell. The room was so dirty that I wouldn’t take off my shoes. The lounge chair in there was gross so I put a bunch of towels over it in order to sit in it. The dirt buildup on the countertop top ledge was crazy. The filthy print marks on the outside door, disgusting. Just gross. I will never stay in a Baymont or any MOTEL again. The only positive I can give is the shower head and pressure wax good as were the towels.

We would have liked it, except for the 10 kids living in the room next to us. They were loud, jumping off the walls, kept us awake. We left a day earlier because of it. Wont be back.

You have a 11 o’clock check out time , so why would I get a text at 7:57 in the morning asking me if I wanted to check out, esp when you couldn’t sleep all night because of a leaking toilet, staff was great, no need for a corporate text waking me up

The front desk person was very nice and helpful. The room turned me away from this hotel. I developed a headache from allergies triggered by the strong cleaning solution's fumes and cigarette smoke, making me feel unwell as soon as I entered the room. While the room had been cleaned, the furniture, particularly the chair and carpet, was noticeably dirty with numerous stains. the cleanliness of the bed was questionable as the sheet lifted when my husband sat down, revealing what seemed to be old bug stains on the mattress cover that hadn't been cleaned in a while. I ended my stay early my allergies couldn’t handle to smell.

Chose to stay at this hotel for the value. Average rating was more due to the rattling fridge (which I unplugged), the condition of the carpet, plain room decor, and long list of items listed posted on the wall that a guest must check within the first 15 minutes of arriving or get charged if not reported missing. The breakfast area was clean; however,the fridge was not working leading one to have to go to the front desk for milk which they handed over a gallon. Staff were nice, the area around the hotel pleasant, and I did get good nights of sleep. Good value for what I paid.
