Comfortable but not so great
The room was clean the bed was comfortable. BUT, our heat did not work, neither did the hot pot or bathtub drain plug. Breakfast was lame- the same thing every day and two days there were no cups, cream cheese or waffle batter. Check in at night was through a shady window. It was conveniently located for us and served our purpose but most likely won't stay here again.

Inexpensive room but the bed had a broken leg and would tilt over if you laid on that side. Television kept losing signal, friends of ours stayed there in another room and the TV was broken the desk told them that the maintenance man was not there, coke machine didn't work, and no sugar or creamer for coffee maker. Glad it was just for one night.

The outside and lobby looked beautiful and inviting. The rooms are extremely dated and smell of oldness. Luckily I had febreeze to eliminate some of the smell. The room was so dirty that I wouldn’t take off my shoes. The lounge chair in there was gross so I put a bunch of towels over it in order to sit in it. The dirt buildup on the countertop top ledge was crazy. The filthy print marks on the outside door, disgusting. Just gross. I will never stay in a Baymont or any MOTEL again. The only positive I can give is the shower head and pressure wax good as were the towels.

We would have liked it, except for the 10 kids living in the room next to us. They were loud, jumping off the walls, kept us awake. We left a day earlier because of it. Wont be back.

You have a 11 o’clock check out time , so why would I get a text at 7:57 in the morning asking me if I wanted to check out, esp when you couldn’t sleep all night because of a leaking toilet, staff was great, no need for a corporate text waking me up
