I would not recommend this to anyone. Didn’t look anything like pictures on Expedia. Guy two doors down smoking weed. Housekeeping knocking on doors at 7am to clean but check out time was 11am. Floors all laminate or tile- air wasn’t on so room super humid. Floors had moisture on them and not safe to walk on for people with mobility issues. Sheets on bed were damp as well. Horrible experience.

Room smelled strongly of bleach. The room layout was weird. There was room for a couch but only a chair pointed away from the tv. The hotel looked very rundown and it was weird that the cops circled the building. The very weird part was that the wasn’t a new roll of toilet paper on the holder. That was very unhygienic. You don’t know if the person before you used that roll for needles. It wouldn’t surprise me if a lot of druggies or prostitutes were there.

When I booked it I thought it was a good price. The room smelled like wet carpet. The staff were friendly and overall good. The eggs used for the breakfast are awful, not sure how they continue using the same brand, everybody in the room had something to say about it.

Upon arrival, room had a bad smell. The towels were dingy. It was a late check in so we decided to spend the night. The next day, we saw a cockroach and noticed what appeared to be bloody mucus on the restroom door. I spoke to the front desk staff who became immediately defensive and offered no help or any attempt at resolution. I contacted Expedia and they did not help either. Front desk staff lied about management not being present and not being available for a few more days but an Expedia rep confirmed that they just were not willing to approve a refund for the remaining night. Honestly, we were willing to take the loss because the place was terrible so we checked out a day early. The hotel refused to give me a checkout receipt or to acknowledge that I was checking out early. I’ve been with Expedia for over 10 years and I’ve never had an experience like this and I’ve never had to write this type of review. Very disappointing. Please don’t stay here!

Clean room and comfy bed

The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable. The water was hot water, pressure was medium. The room style is spare but as long as it clean and the bed is comfy, for an economy hotel it was great. Great pet price!!!
