Experience was good. Not so distant from Ruby falls. Though we are 4 members, only 3 Towels and 1 soap was avaliable in the room. No other issues.

Expedia would not allow me to cancel without a $150 cancellation fee despite the fact that cancellation was due to weather and illness. I will never use Expedia again and will never stay at a Windham. I hope your business model collapses given that you charge people almost more than the room to cancel.

Bayfront was a very nice Hotel. It was pet friendly and had a separate place to walk your dog and even had waste bags available in case you didn’t have any. We were comfortable and the room was very nice.

First they gave me a room I tried to go in it. There was a man in there somehow they didn't know that so I had to go back downstairs with my luggage get another room. Well then the TV was not working in that room so I had to get my luggage go back downstairs yet again and get a third hotel room that was embarrassing and inconvenience specially when I tried to go into a man's room
