Ok place

Needs more Reno Beds comfy, toilet flushed and shower sprayed. Tiny toilet area, but spacious enough room. Everything worked properly. No free breakfast or even coffee in lobby. Discount in restaurant

When we first arrived, fortunately, I jumped into the shower before my wife and found a 1 inch cockroach on the shower screen. I decided not to tell her cause I knew she would ask us to leave the hotel, no matter what and just changing rooms wouldn’t make a difference. We then had an adjoining door between our room and the next despite the hotel being relatively empty. A family with several kids that screamed throughout the night and one who banged on our door at 5:30 in the morning made the night sleep truly awful. My hope is Expedia contact management and the room is refunded. It was that bad.

The room was clean, bed was very comfy, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Don’t let the look of outside fool you, it is actually a clean and comfortable place to stay. I would definitely stay again.

The first night our hot water didn’t work for the shower so we had to shower in cold water just to somewhat get clean, then the remote to make our TV was broken. They came the next day and gave us a new remote but the shower was still not getting hot.
