Booked a room through Orbitz. Arrived and the Candlewood and it was crammed in next to a run down Motel 6 with people walking all around. Then the man at the desk said they were sold out and offered NO assistance getting a refund. Couldn’t find a number to contact anyone at Orbitz. Finally found a chat. After a long time they said they would call the hotel and speak to the same person at the desk to get a refund! Then said it would be 7-10 days before we would receive it. Had been driving 13 hours. We desperately needed a hotel to rest. Found our own room through the Hilton website.
