The front desk guy was nice, helped out w a tv issue, twice. But the tv kept freezing while watching and the manager suggested we had to move the tv and therefore the wire connection to get the tv back to working.

The staff at the desk was extremely pleasant. The room is in decent condition. The location is convenient. However, the WIFI signal is very weak and can only be found in certain spots in the room. But for single night stays, it's adequate.

The rooms need to be up to par on cleanliness and vents in air conditioning were filthy. I had to clean my own ! And also the first initial room we were checked into was filthy. And we were checked into a room. The room was somewhat better, but my fiancé still had to clean the vents in that room and the bathroom and the floors in the room. The day before we had made a reservation and was unaware of a deposit so we had I had to cancel. They did not refund the money nor did they do anything in regards to the dirty rooms we were checked into.

I have no complaints about my stay, the property is a little worn. But, the bed was comfy, the air was cold and the water was hot! The staff was polite and helpful and the property was quiet.

There are holes in the wall. Cracked tiles. The shower is not connected to the wall. I’ve been using hotels a lot here lately and this one is trash. I will never come back. It was a waste of money and I barely paid anything to stay.

Great Value

The Econo Lodge East Ridge was a great value in a good location next to other more expensive hotels. The desk agents were friendly and helpful and the room had everything I needed. The floor was a little dirty on our first day but the cleaned it on request for our second day.

Air conditioner was not turned on when we arrived. And, there were no anti slip mats in the tub/shower I which made tub very slippery and only one small bar of soap for two adults. Also, no vending machines for snacks.

When I arrived they were homeless people in the parking lot and they were yelling and screaming I went and told the guy at the front desk and he said he would take care of it I told him I had to move to another room I didn’t feel safe they were knocking on peoples door and saying oh my God and whoever was in the room would not answer I could hear them yelling in the parking lot some woman I would never stay here again
