Easy check in. Turn comes up pretty quick missed it at first. Checked in. Couldn’t hear anyone around me. Parking was easy. Breakfast was great. Staff was kind and friendly. Spoke in the evening all staff greeted in the morning when getting breakfast and leaving.

When we arrived at 8:15, there was no one at the desk. I waited over 15 minutes before someone came to check us in and get our room cards. There were several other guests standing around waiting other things as well. Despite what the price showed on Hotels.com, they had a big sign at the desk about the nonrefundable fee and charged us $40 per pet for the night. When we got to the room, the blind was crunched in it’s track and wouldn’t go down all the way, so we weren’t able to darken the room fully from the parking lot lights. We travel the I75 corridor regularly and won’t choose this hotel again.
