My first impression was very nice and clean. Had to wait for the front desk person twice and say hello loudly to get her attention from the back. She put both me and the couple behind me in the same room. Luckily this was found out as we both stopped in front of the same room. We went back down and she didn't seem to bothered even tho I checked in first let the other couple take the original room. This could have been really bad has we already checked in. She offered no compensation at all. Room was very nice though. Comfortable and clean.

The property is right outside of the downtown area so it is a little bit of a walk. The staff here were amazing! Every single staff we interacted with was pleasant. Our favorite was the sweet lady that preps the food in the morning. She felt like being at home in my mom’s kitchen. For the first time ever hotel food had flavor?! The one and only complaint I have about this hotel is that the bathroom shower heads, and the thingy that holds the shampoo need to be replaced. They were covered in mold and mildew. The rest of the bathroom and bedroom were spotless and pristine!

Traffic noise was disturbing, air conditioner in room was also noisy and the bed squeak with every turn. Several people who were not guests hung out at the front entrance with one frequently peering into the pool windows.
