I was visiting Chattanooga for the night for an event and didn’t want to spend a lot on one of the fancier hotels. This location was brand new, within walking distance to the event, conveniently located to lots of other spots and was a good price. The hotel was immaculate. My room was extremely clean, the bed was comfortable and it was quiet. When I checked in, I was even greeted by a very friendly manager who chatted with me a bit. Checking in was quick and easy, but the staff working the front desk weren’t the most friendly or easy to understand. Not rude, just curt. And when checking out, I had to wait a bit before someone showed up, who was also rather curt. There is no self-parking. It’s all valet parking unless you park on the street or in a paid lot (which I’ve found to be the norm for downtown Chatt). But the valet was super nice and I liked being able to pay and tip via my phone so I didn’t have to keep cash on hand. I really liked this hotel. The little details in the rooms, the open concept lobby, the location. It’s a great spot. I walked to my event, to dinner, to a few shops and never felt uneasy. I’d definitely stay here again.

The room, advertised as handicapped accessible with a tub had a shower and was definitely not accessible. We needed an accessible shower for our daughter but this did not fit the bill.

This hotel recently built, u can smell the fresh new cent when u walked in, it has a nice dining area, served good breakfast everything brand new the rooms r good size and very clean …bed was so comfy including all the amenities u would expect to see in ur hotel room. very convenient location walkable to shops and restaurants we drove a few mins to the walnut street bridge few mins walk to the choo choo train very nice neighborhood and not to mention the receptionist Elton was very sweet respectful and helpful to us I would stay here again and would highly recommend 5🌟June 2024
