This is a very clean and convenient hotel close to Chattanooga and Interstate 24 making it convenient for business and leisure travelers. I waited along with another customer for awhile to check out and we finally left our keys on the desk as there was nobody available. Perhaps an Express Key check out box would be helpful given the low level of staffing?

There was a lot of traffic noise. It sounded like there was a truck emptying a dumpster in the middle of the night. The shower head was broken, stuck on one setting. The room overall was very comfortable, including the bed.

It was a good place to stay. Had a problem with our 1st room with no hot water in the shower and no water pressure. So no shower the first day and night. Night shift guy was going to tell first shift manager but that didn’t happen. She didn’t want to give is another room. Wanted the maintenance man to look at it. So we leave and do our stuff and get back and she is gone and the 2nd shift guy knows nothing about it. So he goes up and checks it out, still don’t work. He’s get us another room right away. Done know what the manager couldn’t do that. After that it was all good.

Room was reserved for four people yet only two towels in room, the room had a sofa bed but did not have the linens (we arrived at 3am, tired and ready for rest); bathroom door was damaged did not close properly, you had to lift and force door closed which caused loud sound. Additionally, upon departure the staff was extremely unprofessional as if we were being too much trouble for asking for a printed receipt.

Breakfast was good but the lady working the area was on her cellphone right in the way of getting your food. Very rude. Room was good but I didn't like housekeeping coming in the room before knocking.
