We were not issued a parking pass, which is $18/night, and then blamed when we asked how to get into the parking lot since it was gated. The same person who blamed us is the manager who checked us in and did not issue the pass. We were kicked out of our room 2 in the 4 days we were here for carpet cleaning. The first time a note was slipped under our door saying at some point, no time frame at all, we would need to leave our room for 2 hours to allow the carpet to be cleaned that day. 2 days later as we're packing up and still have 3 hours before checkout, a man knocks on our door telling us he has to carpet clean and we need to leave the room. I told him we were within 2 hours of leaving and asked if he could skip our room, he told me he wanted to be out of the hotel well before then and tried to convince me he had to come in. When i called the front desk, Tricia just laughed at me and asked if i said no and slammed the door in his face. The entire ordeal was very sketchy.
