Mold. Yes, my first room was covered. I should have known when I walked in room and you could feel the dampness. Sheets, towels and anything fabric had a wet feel to it. I took a chance and by 4A regretted it.
Went down to desk and they were kind. Offered me another room, same problem. Third room was fine and I remained for the duration of my stay.
I’m not sure why others gave 10/10 for this hotel. It’s not a 10/10. That score is reserved for the Ritz-Carlton. A Marriott is also worth a 10/10. This hotel, well being generous, is a 6/10 at best.
I travel frequently and know quality. This is not quality.
Try another. Please. Save yourself a headache.
