The room only had 2 desk lamps by the bed and no lights on the desk so you couldn't see to make a cup of tea or work at the desk. You couldn't move the lamp as they had a special plug. It was totally depressing. When it said club room I didn't think it meant night club vibes. Restaurant area was really loud. Nowhere to relax

The room we stayed in was shabby. Divan was badly stained. Tile grout was stained grey. Bathroom floor tiles were missing. The double glazed window had failed. Areas of plaster had been filled with filler but not painted. The temperature of water in the sink tap was not controllable, either boiling hot or freezing cold. Walls were poorly painted. The dark wood veneer was chipped and not properly repaired. Other guests were rowdy in the corridors over night. All in all a terrible experience.

Ok but strong smell in room.

Hotel was clean but a very strong smell in the room as if cleaner had sprayed due to someone possibly smoking in there. The smell was so overpowering. The room comfortable but could hear other guests during the night and early in the morning loud music. Guess we were above a fitness room where class had started. Not a good sleep so average feedback.

Loved our club room and the hotel facilities included. Only thing was not impressed with was the breakfast. All food options needed filling up, bacon was undercooked and toaster not working. If i had paid £17.50 would not have been pleased.

Awful night stay

Really bad experience, hardly any staff about, did self check in and barely saw anyone, room was awful, weirdly layed out and mattress was really stained. There was also a party going on down stairs and the noise from it was awful. Tried the live chat as it said to do that as there is no phone in the room and ever got an answer
