The Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Conveniently there’s a Starbucks onsite as well as a restaurant. Parking isn’t free during the week but free on the weekend.

room was tired with chipped enable on bath & missing floor tile. Blind at the window had a wooden pole which banged if the window was open. Good sound insulation for external noise given it's directly under the manchester airport flight path but check there's no parties as disco noise from inside was very annoying.

Room was tired and needs a revamp. Room was cold heating hardly on. Restaurant was cold and on one night the waiter had such bad BO he stank the whole place out.
