Spotless and spacious room with amazing snow views. All staff are very friendly and helpful. Amazing amenities - free onsen, complimentary snacks, fitness classes and even ikebana class. This is the best hotel I have ever stayed.

Hotel JAL City Aomori
Room was excellent. It had a small couch and small table to have a small snacks. You can use a beitiful local crafted glasses. Easy to go to Nebuta museum, Wa Rasse and ASPAM. Also, near the donwtown area. Walking distance from Aomori station. We loved the staybat this hotel.

Spa was the highlight of the stay. It was better than expected and the aroma wasnt even working. I still think its a great stay though.
