The hotel was very conveniently located in Kos old town, within easy walking distance to everything. The hotel and room itself were clean and spacious. There was a swimming room that looked quite nice, but we unfortunately did not have time to enjoy.

The room smelled so bad, like sewage. Worn sheets and towels to the point of being transparent in places. Broken curtains and soap dispensers. Such a lovely resort. Everything was clean. We did have some issues with door locking properly and the iron/ironing board provided had seen better days. Food was great. Actually preferred the buffet over a la carte. All inclusive doesnt include all drinks as such but this is made clear on menus
