Good: The gentleman who checked us in was very pleasant & accommodating to our request for a handicap accessible room. The beds, towels & linens were nice & clean. Please keep in mind if you are looking for a 5 Star Hotel this isn’t it. It’s your basic roadside stay with outdated furniture & decor. Not Good: Our room smelled musty when we first walked in so we opened the window. My husband had to clean to AC filter which was dirty/dusty. Overall the area is quiet & we felt safe

Great service, friendly staff
Very friendly staff. It was a motel so nothing too fancy, but it was nice and clean and had a decent breakfast. We arrived early and they were kind enough to let us check in by 1:00 pm. As soon as we got out of the car the staff greeted us.

The staff were friendly. However the room needed a little love. Hair was found in shower, the bed and pillows very uncomfortable and no air in the main room. Bedding and towels were clean. Room just needed a makeover.

Sam, the front desk attendant, was extremely helpful and patient when I was checking in for three suites and I didn't have my info in order. Thank you, Sam! Rooms were neat and orderly! I would suggest having an AC in each of the rooms in the suite instead of in just one, as the purpose of separate room is both privacy and comfort. Great value, close to the Lake Huron beach and other locations! Joel

I found it charming. The square footage was large. The furniture pieces were dated but that added to the experience. The purpose for a clean, safe place to sleep and shower this was it! Staff was super friendly. I could walk to town. I would stay there again.
