We stayed one night for a stopover in HK. The location of the hotel was convenient for us to travel to and fro the airport with complementary bus shuttle services. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was polite and helped us with checked in process with ease.

Family friendly hotel rooms

I have 3 Young kids with me I was happy that they have 4 people rooms to choose .they have swimming pool that kids don’t feel so bothered at hotel . And the every 30 mins shuttle bus to airport is very convenient. The room is big and comfortable. Wifi is good . They even has a convenient cloth hang line over the bathtub that we can hang the wet swimming cloth . But they don’t have hot water boiler inside the room I don’t know why. If they change the carpet to wood floor or laminate would be better .

just a quick overnight tween flights. convenient shuttle service to and from airport. Great breakfast choices far better than Novotel Citygate A lots of airlines use it to for crew accommodation so can get pretty busy for check-in checkout

Only reason this is getting 2 stars instead of 5 is, the hidden fees upon check in, not only that, but when checking out, the receptionist has no idea what I was talking about. Now I have a 3,000 transaction on my account with no help on returning it(Have to waste my time calling my bank now). The property is great, but this is a serious issue that should be investigated.
