Staff is very friendly and efficient in providing service. Hotel is nicely decorated but the room can be more functional. It helps if the hotel provides light refreshments in the morning as it's difficult to get food at its location.

Quiet and neat environment with free frequent shuttle to airport for air travel. Sky deck for scenery around the airport with huge airplanes overhead for fun. A variety of room types with reasonable price. Dining options at hotel is a bit limited.

It is very close to the airport with free shuttle. The facility is so modern and staff greet you from the door to the restaurant. Very professional. It has fun things for kids. Excellent for families. rooms are small.

Good for a quick one night stay near the airport

The hotel is very close to the airport, there are free shuttle buses every 15 minutes from early morning to late night. I reached the hotel from Kowloon railway station via Airport Express line, getting of at the Asia Expro Station. The room was clean and comfortable, good for one night stay.

This hotel is perfectly position for a layover, it is a stone throw away from the airport via the airport ecpress train which cost $7 hk and a 3 minute walk from the train station, it is clean with good amenities, the room is compact but was sufficient

Hotel's quality is certainly commendable, although the room is somewhat small indeed, the toilet and shower are located in separate rooms, and the washbasin is positioned right next to the bedside table, which is only inches away from the bed. I'd say the layout of my room is indeed a bit unusual, but it doesn't pose a significant issue for living in it though.

Gym facilities were good , overall staff were u helpful and very unfriendly- like is it too much to ask to be pleasant and smile - at check in I was told I booked 2 rooms even though I had only booked one - once the staff found out she had made the mistake (after requesting to see my phone and email) she offered no admission or apology- although she wasted 20 mins of my time !
