I like their shuttle because I don't need to take a taxi going to the Airport. They have all I needed. I would definitely recommend it to my friends and husband.

Nice hotel close to Hong Kong airport. The room was big and comfortable, just didn't really like the glass partition for the toilet/batchroom. It was clean and easy to reach the airport from there.

Property is great if you're on a long layover in hong kong airport. I arrived after midnight so there were no facilities open; bars were closed Even to get a light smack after a long flight. Tansportation From the airport what's closed. I had to take a taxi. Room was small but very well laid out and very clean

The staff at this hotel was not welcoming. It was very hard to find the hotel and the water at the hotel was overly expensive. A bottle of water that in US will cost me $.99 at these particular hotel it cost $18 a bottle totally outrageous and they pretend to have us use a bottle a glass bottles that they keep at the hotel for everyone to use and refill. We ask that if someone else was using those bottles they said yes it is nothing in the hotel so we can get water from the fall that is located at the lobby, totally insane and unhealthy especially because of all the infectious is going around and that is totally unsanitary. We did not like the hotel treatment and the limitation of food. Everything was terrible. Glad that was there.

Stayed one night the two kids because of early flight next morning. Staff is not rude but just very unwelcoming and not friendly. We felt itchy over the body when sleeping and woke up at around 3am… requested to change a room. They reminded me to pack everything and as expected, they didn’t offer any help in moving the luggage. A bad experience in this “4-star” hotel. Not recommended.
