A great choice for anyone visiting the Cotswolds as Lower Slaughter is a wonderful village and the hotel is in a perfect position. The only reason for it not making 5 stars was that the radiator in our room was not hot and we were there when it was particularly cold. Secondly, dinner was quite expensive and was not served as hot as you would expect. However staff could not be more friendly and helpful. Overall would recommed this hotel for a really comfortable stay in a great location.

Loved our stay at the quaint Slaughters Country Inn. Room was cosy and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was nice but our only suggestion would be to change the menu with different daily specials or have a different bar menu to offer more choice. We will be staying again.

Best stay in the Cotswolds

Amazing stay at The Slaughters inn. Breakfast was delicious, freshly cooked. Room was clean and had fantastic toiletries by L'occitane. Staff were exceptional both helpful and showed true care would definitely recommend. Oh forgot to mention the gardens and the inn is just the prettiest surrounding's so very peaceful

A wonderful place

We were so impressed with this hotel. It was so comfortable and relaxing we were reluctant to come home. The suite we had was lovely and warm. The restaurant was very welcoming and so was all the staff. The reception staff were extremely helpful
