This is one of the closest hotel near crater lake national park. Staff was friendly and helpful. They provided complementary breakfast which was great. Though old property but it was clean.

This motel was unique. Right along road side so heard noise all night. Staff was very friendly even though they tried to give our room away. They tried to get in contact with us but we were at Crater Lake with no internet access. They charged for our room, then credited it, then had to recharge when arrived. The owner was very nice and made up for the mix up. The A/C in the room did not work well and caused a bad night of sleep. Breakfast was decent but nothing special. Owners tried really hard. Did appreciate the closeness to Crater Lake NP.

Welcoming staff. Offered available upgrade to a cabin for a nominal fee. Beverages available all day. Staff directed use to tourist treasures (chain of waterfalls)in the area that we were not aware of. We experienced so much more than expected from previous reviews.

Great location near Crater Lake. The staff is amazing and personable. The rooms themselves are very clean with nice cold AC. The property and rooms are rustic and could be updated but overall a nice place to stay.

small central Oregon town - clean inside rooms but problem with a beetle hatching that day - very unusual. Only restaurant in town that was open had the same problem . Chris, the manager of the hotel was very nice and helpful. About 40 minutes from Crater Lake.

too high priced for what you get.

The price was too high for the establishment. I was there during peak season and paid $240. Outrageous but I'm at fault for choosing it. The choices are slim in this area. The place is old but they have renovated and it was super clean. A continental breakfast was offered but bagels and bread, and oatmeal were the only offerings. I really liked the staff. They were super nice and hard workers but I cannot justify staying there for such a high $$. (I booked with hotels.com)

Wonderful stay near Crater Lake

We spent the day at Crater Lake and chose to stay at Eagle Crater Lake Inn for the night. The room was clean and comfortable. We had a room with two large beds that were separated by a doorway. The hotel is right off of the highway (we found this convenient) but if the road noise bothers you, bring a sound machine. We were so tired the road didn’t bother us at all! The family running the place was so nice and helpful. They have a small continental breakfast in the morning, which is nice since there aren’t a lot of dining options in the town. I would definitely stay here again!

Cozy place in the woods off the highway.

It was an average stay at a Inn in the woods just off the highway. The price was excellent for sure. But its a warm bed and a okay shower. They served toast, bagles and english muffins in the morning. They provide instant oatmeal tea and coffee and a soda machine. Check in is available 24 hours. The gentleman that ran the office/property was very kind and respectful. Overall, it was nice. I would say 3/5 stars.
