This was my second time staying at the hotel, so I knew I was happy with the area and local amenities. On arrival I was very kindly given an upgrade to a suite, it was an older style but a huge space and very comfortable. The view over the street was great to watch. Staff very friendly and helpful, and breakfast had a great selection.

Situated right in the heart of the city center, the hotel's location was unbeatable, with major shopping malls and excellent restaurants just a short walk away. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the room, and I appreciated being able to request a non-smoking area. Fantastic location and lovely hotel - super comfy and spacious, and also very quiet for a good nights sleep. Close to the Chunxi road area where there are many shopping and dining options, and also a metro station, but it’s also easy to walk from here to different places around the city. Hotel was very clean and staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast selection also good.

My room was upgraded for free. It was kept at a very cool, comfortable temperature for summer. The bed was of perfect balance between firm and soft. The room was quiet - must be well insulated. Breakfast was great. Service was friendly and efficient.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable! The bathroom was welcoming. I appreciated that the staff was visibly eager to take care of their customers as quickly as they could. If someone was waiting in a line, they were communicating where you would get help and apologizing if you had to wait, even if it was only going to be a couple minute wait.

Great location for a short trip
This hotel was perfect for our trip. Although it’s a little dated, it was spacious and comfortable. The staff helped us with all our questions including ordering taxis and recommending food. The location was great - very central and in the action of the nearby fashion streets, but the hotel and room itself were calm and quiet.
