This hotel was rated as 5 stars but the it actually is not up to that standard. It allows people to cook that easily allows smells left in the room. The facilities are a bit outdated. Apart from this, the location is great and the staffs are friendly. It is still recommended as a 4 stars accommodation.

In general, the experience was excellent. Connects directly to a new shopping centre building, very close from 锦江宾馆 metro station, staffs were helpful, and facilities were nice. Only drawback was that the room had a noticeable sweaty odor, probably from previous guests. Also, a part of the wooden floor was quite squeaky, may need replacement.

Great stay

It is a residence style hotel and we got upgraded to the one bedroom suite which had a separate fully equipped kitchen (with a washer / dryer). Great location close to more than one subway station and walkable distance to Chunxi Road. It was the best hotel wifi we found (this was the 5th hotel we stayed in China). The breakfast had a lot of different options and everything tasted great. In short we had a great experience and would definitely recommend the hotel.

Our stay in Grand Parc View Hotel was very pleasant. The staff were gery helpful, polite and professional. Despite the language barrier, the staff made every effort to help us in English. Our apartment was kept very clean and our house keeper, Ms Suzanne Dan, was very attentive and meticulous. If there is any improvement needed, our sons' single bed was creeking. Maintenance team should look into this. The hotel was in a great location, right in the middle of all the attractions in the city ( 5 minutes walk from the subway station) and yet the hotel was very quiet. Overall, the customer service in the hotel and its facilities were excellent and I would highly recommend this hotel to others. Thank you

My stay at the Chengdu Hengren Grand Boway Hotel completely exceeded my expectations! From the facilities to the service, every detail made me feel right at home, and it's absolutely worthy of a five-star rating! Located on Shuanglin Road in Chenghua District, the hotel is surrounded by restaurants and shopping malls, and conveniently located for taxis to attractions like Chunxi Road and Kuanzhai Alley. It's a perfect choice for both business and leisure travel! The hotel boasts a spacious swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and hot springs, all with clear water and a private and elegant environment. After a swim, a sauna session completely melts away fatigue—it's the perfect way to unwind while traveling! The room was spacious and bright, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. It is beautiful hotel!
