2 nd stay here flight canceled due to cyclone good value and comfort so chose to return. Only issue shower cold and telephone did not work . Went out to dinner all fixed. @hout out to Vijay bellman,super helpfull and And always a beautiful smile.

The staff were amazing, every query of ours was completed with speed and efficiency. The breakfast options were excellent - no words to describe the selection and the taste! I want to appreciate the chef who made sure that on our last day of our stay, we got to eat Poli ( a food item) since we said that their prepation was excellent. Rishi the front desk was awesome in every which way. All in all, we have decided that when we come to Chennai we are only staying at Hyatt Regency. In short Hyatt Regency has a client for life :)

The things I liked about the property were: The staff were friendly, the breakfast selections were great, the rooms were adequate size. The things I did not like were: The carpet in the hallway on my floor (3rd) was smelly, the rooms were not cleaned on a timely basis, and I had to ask for amenities.

Why washrooms need semi transparent glass walls.
The hotel is clean, comfortable, no major complaints about staff, great breakfast. My only complaint is why they have stained glass wall for washroom. I believe most humans in this world need privacy in washroom, what is the pressing need to go out of the way to design a washroom with semi transparent glass wall. I would have avoided this hotel, if I had known they have such washrooms.
