My favourite stay when I’m in Madras. The iconic old world charm is only accentuated by friendly staff who remember you even after a whole year. Shaji, Yuvaraj, Kaliyaperumal and the manager (tall young man) I forget his name! Shout out to you all!!! Note to self- next time must get the restaurant manager’s name!!

During my stay there was a power outage in the morning when I was in business call. When I checked with front office they replied weirdly saying it’s Normal power fluctuation. Hotel still resplendent
Great hotel with wonderful service butour room was a bit tired especially the bathroom. Food was excellent and the chef made gluten free food to order. Swimming pool was luxurious like getting into a bath. Located in a good position with a Mall close by.
