Excellent place to stay. My only feedback is to may be improve your check out process. I don’t think guest needs to wait until your housekeeping gives a go ahead for snack bar usage. The other feedback I have is with the miscommunication between your terrace restaurant and the ground floor restaurant.

AC mold smell
Room smell was terrible. Inside the room it smelt like mold in the AC. The bedsheets smelt strong that I had to inform the hotel. The housekeeping changed the bedsheets and sprayed room freshener but the smel did not go away we spent our one day (and night) in the smell itself :(
