Some good, some bad
Wouldn't call a coffee machine and toaster an English breakfast...the main reason that I booked. Also there was a ridiculous amount of noise coming from the floor above at 5am, called the front desk to complain and to their credit they went to the room and told them off. About 10 minutes later front desk called our room to see if it was quiet, very impressed they did that.
