Location was great, room was very clean. Close to everything and they even provided a list of local restaurants which was extremely useful. Planning to return in the fall.

Overall it was okay. We booked a king room with a "balcony" and thought we had read creek view. The lady at the front desk was polite and friendly but laughed and said the only creek is across Hwy 19 and isn't visible from the hotel. That was disappointing but no big deal. The balcony is actually the walkway in front of the rooms and it faces the parking lot and traffic.Just understand that it's not a private sitting balcony from your room. The room was very clean, bed was old but tolerable. The noise from the traffic was annoying and kept us awake. The hot tub is in repair and appears to have been out of service for quite some time due to it's appearance. The pool area was clean and accommodating. The breakfast was good and plentiful! Again, staff were friendly, acommodating and honest. We probably would not stay here again, the noise from the traffice was a factor for us.

The wet carpet ride

There was an issue with the refrigerator in the room and it flooded the floor with water. We needed to get about a dozen towels from the desk to dry up the mess and leave towels on the floor to avoid the wet carpet.

Enjoyed our stay there, but wish they had an area to sit in rather than the front porch by the parking lot. Nice breakfast. Yes I would say there again and recommend this place.

I expected more for the best Western. It would be what I consider an average hotel nothing extra. The proprietor put stuff in the lobby for sale snacks, and all and charge exorbitant prices which I didn’t buy any. The people were not that friendly. All in all, I will not stay here again it was not what I expected on hotels.com or in person

A little disappointed

The lady at the desk was a hard worker. People smoked outside our room and the A/C unit kept bringing in the smell. Hotel needs a designated smoking area away from the building.

Fantastic visit! Stayed a whole week. They allowed us to swim whenever we wanted to (when open) even in the rain! Im so grateful! My grandchildren love swimming. Thank you for a relaxing stay! They did amazingly

Good stay

This is our go to hotel. It is clean and great service. My only suggestion is to replace the pool side furniture. Also is the hot tub ever going to be fixed.
