Key cards are a problem
Check in was bad. That is the first impression. I took the cart up while my husband parked our truck. The door key would not work. So I waited with our luggage until my husband came up. He went back down to get working key cards to find a sign that said will be back in 10 minutes. When we come in there was two people at the front desk. So we waited to get in our room. It was hot and musky in the room. Once the air got moving the musky smell got better. The next morning the breakfast was great. The lady doing breakfast is kind and wonderful. Went out for the day. Had a great time when we came back. Our key cards wouldn’t work. The front desk employing said did you have it around your cell phone, I said my husband‘s been in his wallet, but neither keys are working and she’s well might’ve been around the credit cards. Then I told her well maybe I don’t need to stay at this motel again if I can’t get in my room consistently because I know I hate these keys so then I asked her. I said well I didn’t know they came with instructions. Where should we put the keys? She informed me we should keep them away from everything if we wanted them to work all I have to say to that is wow somebody I’m biggest take away is if you can’t consistently get in your room maybe it’s not the best place to stay.
