We arrived after a long journey and discovered that despite paying $200 per night we were not in the actual hotel but in the 2 storey annex which resembled an afterthought. The room had a musty mouldy smell although there was no evidence of mould and there was a 2” gap on the door frame. The breakfast was non existent with hardly any choice, this was clearly not a “grand” hotel certainly not worth a second visit !!!

Friendly front desk, room was updated and clean. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel but they did offer a continental breakfast with numerous options. Would stay again

Our room was very spacious and clean; well put together. Microwave, fridge, coffee maker, etc The only thing was the continental breakfast only consisted of coffee, juice and danishes. Would have been nice to have better breakfast options offered.

Smoky Mountain National Park is less than 10 minutes away! The hotel is centrally located to many food options and grocery stores. Harrah’s is right across the street if that is your thing. The room is spacious and clean. Staff are super friendly.
