We were given room 112 first floor, got to the room and the window latches were broken and the window didn’t lock. Ask the front desk to move us, they moved us to the 2nd floor and the window latches were also broken and the window didn’t lock, but being on the 2nd floor we kept this room. Would definitely recommend checking the windows if staying on the first floor.

Our family trip was good. I booked my room here because the site said it had a pool, this would be great for our children to keep them occupied while the others go to the casino. but when we checked in there was no pool. Other than that our stay was great.

Our hotel bathroom was dirty when we checked in. There was a used razor still in the shower as well as an opened can of shaving cream as if the cleaning staff never even touched the shower when cleaning. The towels had stains on them. And the staff were very rude. The only good thing about this hotel was how close it was to the casino.

Please be advised when booking through a third party site they can downgrade your room to something else than what you paid for. The staff member that checked me in was very rude and not pleasant at all. I spoke with the manager and she had more pleasant attitude seemed to care and told me what I needed to do.
