This casino was next level… Highly recommend to anyone looking for a Vegas style resort with Amazing Restaurants!!! Staff, hotel, and casino was phenomenal! Beautiful surroundings. Close to Gatlinburg for an extended vacation. This is a must go!

We always enjoy our trip. Hotel is nice and casino is large. Guy Fieri restaurant is very good. My only complaint is I have visited several times this year and have a Harrah’s card, but hotel charged me $20 for a late checkout of 1 hour. It was a Monday and the hotel was almost empty. I thought that felt petty. They charge for drinks and say “we don’t have to” when you ask why not free. Nice place but they need some competition.
