Our room was very dusty, limited tv, would have to pay for music. Outdated alarm clock, no USB ports. Couldn’t charge phones. Tried to tell all of this at the desk and the woman was so rude, I had to walk away. The customers behind us weren’t happy either and the same employee was rude to them also. They gave it back to her. We had many more issues but felt nothing was being done so we left very disappointed in our first stay at the casino hotel.

Fair stay

We stayed 2 nights. Initial impression was fair, hotel was not busy since we arrived on a Wednesday and we we given a room in the back looking at a cement wall. Room service did not come to the room on day 1 so dirty linens and trash were still there when we returned that night. I had to call for new wash clothes. Also toilet paper ran out with no extra rolls in room - another call to the front desk.

The hotel is beautiful and huge. We had self parked our car before registration Found out we were in a tower connected to the main hotel and casino. Definitely not a quick walk so we were advised to go get our car and drive to the tower and adjacent parking lot next to that! Knowing this before hand would have been nice to know ahead of time. Other than that it was a great stay

We booked 5 non smoking rooms for a bachelor party and were assigned 5 smoking rooms. After speaking with multiple managers, there was nothing that they would do to accommodate this change. We were stuck breathing smoke for 4 days with no concessions or otherwise.
