Absolutely filthy room. Booked a "non-smoking" room through hotels.com for $300 but it wasnt honored at check in. I had to deal with a smoking room that was not fully cleaned. Unfortunately, I didnt need to use the restroom until 11pm and upon closing the door to the commode, found a tissue box stuffed with dirty socks and hand towels with what appeared to be blood all over them. Travelers be ware.

Had to cancel our reservation because the room we booked was not the room that the hotel gave us. We booked a Premium Room which was advertised at 378 square feet. They put us in a tiny room which was not what we booked. We canceled the reservation and went across the street and stayed at the Holiday Inn and got a spacious room for $30 a day less than what Harrahs Casino Resort was going to charge us. Harrahs Casino Resort is a rip off. We don't recommend this hotel and we will not stay here the next time we visit Cherokee.

Short sheeted bed!

Cherokee tower is the newer building. Very quiet and a bit further from the casino. Room was an okay size and it was clean. Our issue was the bedding very over used and gross! Wrinkled and short sheeted! The didn’t clean our room got a sheet and changed it ourselves same issue too small and wrinkled. Still think the Casino could have a better variety of restaurants!!
