First time staying here and won't be the last. Entire staff was extremely kind and helpful. Check in/check out process was easy. Our room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. Probably the most comfortable bed I've slept on in a hotel.

Staff was very friendly, helpful, and responsive. Everything was clean and fairly modern. Even the guests were pretty nice. No one was loud at night (that I could hear anyway). Only negatives: the one bed mattress sunk down a lot. I had 2 beds, just used the other one. Also, there was only an cloth shower curtain that didn’t block water and water was on the bathroom floor after my first use Next time just pointed the shower head towards the shower wall.

The property was fine though check-in took far longer than expected. I was ripped off by Expedia though when I paid $480.00 for a room that went for $372 for two nights.

Will Not Stay Here Again

Check in went smoothly. Reviews looked good so I thought I’d try because priced lower than some other. Beds looked to have been cleaned, trash cans were empty, but carpet had obviously not been vacuumed nor bathroom floor had been swept. Walls are very thin. Heard neighboring guests late at night as well as dogs barking. Breakfast was stale bagels and hot foods were not replenished during mid morning. Good price but I’d rather pay a little more next time than stay here.

There was no shower curtain. The room phone was unplugged and couldn’t find the outlet to plug it in to call the front desk. Went to the front desk and they handed me the shower curtain to install myself.

The staff has always been very friendly and the hotel is overall in good condition. If you are not a pet person, don't stay on the first floor. The rooms have a pet smell. The room we had on the fourth floor was good overall, but the mattress had a big hole in the top cushion that you could feel through the sheets. I advised the staff and they said they would let management know. Still, overall we were very pleased with our stay. Just don't expect the Waldorf Astoria.
