I Will Stay Here Again
We enjoyed the stay. The hotel had recently been flooded, so they were still working through their issues. The room was spacious, but the A/C unit was a little loud. The food in the restaurant was excellent.

We stayed here thr week after hurricane helene and they did EVERYTHING humanly possible to support us as we worked on cleanup while doing their own cleanup. Great place, great people

Hotel is recovering from very recent major flooding event. Reconstruction is underway and property was amazingly well kept as they are making repairs to lower level rooms and their lounge. Not a hint of odor of mold or mildew that usually follows such an event as my allergies to either did not flare up.

This a a very nice property. Even-though they are having to deal with flood damage to parts of the property, our rooms upstairs were clean and comfortable. Very roomy and worked perfect that our friends were in the room next door. Blessings and prayers for a quick recovery and clean up !We would book again

On Hotels.com I reserved (2) rooms for my stay. I had another friend with me. Once we arrived there I was told that a second room was not available. I showed the person in the office my confirmation and printout but quite honestly she could not have cared less. I was told that I should have called instead of booking through Hotels.com. If the people at this hotel know there is a problem with booking on the app and they continue to use it for room reservations then that should tell potential guests all that they need to know. It is my opinion this hotel does not care at all about customer service or satisfaction and I would recommend that everyone enjoy their stay somewhere else.

Great property! We would definitely stay again! The only thing is if you need service or WiFi this wouldn’t be the hotel for you. There is service in spots but we didn’t really have service in our room which was completely fine with us!

Room was very clean other than the ceiling had a bunch of cob webs and the cleaning person had a envelope that said tips are appreciated sitting on the entertainment counter under the tv remote giving the feeling of having to tip.

Was a great place. Huge room with 2 king bed and 1 queen. No elevator but only 2 floors. Bar downstairs was loud till about 10. Hotel has a cool outside area on the creek. Parking is bad until the bar closes. But great place!! Will stay again!!
