The lady serving the excellent breakfast did a great job, was so friendly, and was sweet with our children. This hotel is a great value and puts you close to the awesome Deep Creek area of the National Park! We certainly hope to come back again.

For the price, this was a nice stay. The rooms were clean, the staff was very nice and there is plenty of lighted parking. If I go up to the Cherokee area again, I wouldn't hesitate to book another stays at Sleep Inn in Bryson City.

This hotel was wonderful… we had to pivot because of an issue with our VRBO rental. The staff was very helpful and friendly, the hotel was clean and comfortable. The only complaint we have is the lack of an elevator, and the breakfast food was cold.
