Property looked nice and cared for, lobby was very clean and front desk staff was very nice, even called us when our room was ready for us as we were too early for check in. Room was spacious and clean. However after bedsheet came off we noticed some dark stains on the side of the mattress. We mentioned it to the front desk at check out . The on the go breakfast was useless. A few muffins and coffee and juice. No sit down space . The breakfast room with tables and chairs was closed off . Never reopened after Covid we were told . Unacceptable!

The bed was comfortable, and the room was relatively clean. We had a bulb out in one of the lamps and they remedied that very quickly. The toilet seat was lose. Breakfast consist of coffee, juice and muffins.

I booked here because I had stayed here before. My mother is wheelchair bound and I liked the room with the separate area with a couch, table and desk. After checking in I found the TV did not work, but they were quick in fixing it. On the second day, I noticed the ceiling in the shower was leaking and had mold growing. They came and looked at it and offered to move us to a new room. I did move and it was better because it was a handicap accessible room.

We booked this hotel because they advertised a full breakfast was included with stay which is hard to find n this area but when checking in , we were informed they were only serving coffee, juice and packaged muffins! Made this reservation about 4 weeks ahead of time and never was notified of this change, also no fridge in room and no fans in bathroom but was very clean and friendly

The room was phenomenal! Amazing. The bed was a California King it seemed. There was a hot tub! There was a desk. Plenty of open space. I always have a personal issue with the air conditioners. I wish they made less noise. I also wish I had a balcony some days. I was one of few rooms that did NOT have one. That’s the only reason that I have the stay a 4. The room was beautiful though.

We had to change rooms three times. The first had a clogged sink. The second the refrigerator was hissing and smelled of electrical fire and the third had an awesome fridge but the whole room smelled like sour milk. The sheets on the bed had stains and we were only given to towels. The only good thing was the staff were friendly.
