The hotel is excellent

The hotel was lovely. Our only gripe was with Hotels.Com, who refused to allow us to move the booking and then lied to us about what the hotel had said to them. I will use the hotel again, but won’t be booking via Hotels.Com

We were disappointed in our room as it was in need of some upgrading. Woodwork was chipped and wallpaper marked in many places.
