We would have loved to rate Casa Hotel as excellent because the room was lovely - warm and well appointed and the staff were so friendly (especially Hannah, Beth and Abi) Thank you! However the breakfast this morning wasn’t good - we went down at 10am (it finished at 10.30) and they had obviously been very busy, but the lack of all crockery and the fact that the cooked buffet was lukewarm and dried up made it not a great experience - which is such a shame as everything else was first-rate. We would return - but would eat brekky earlier next time!

Very comfortable bed, room had everything you need at a great price, felt like really good value for money, breakfast great, good quality and nice decor. Room high quality. Disappointed that on a very cold night we were given a cold room with no heating. It appears staff were aware of this but until we phoned Reception we were told that was the last room available and we had to.make do with 2 fan heaters. We were told we could have another room on the second night but did not want the upheaval then.

Stayed a few times. Good night sleep, in quiet comfortable room. Good quality breakfast, with plenty of options. Only downside was member of bar staff seemed abrupt! We’d all come back from my dads funeral, had drinks, then asked for food later on. We were told, up to an hour - hour an half wait for pizzas and tapas, as there was event upstairs, bar virtually empty for a Friday evening. When the pizza arrived, they were tough and seemed like they’d been stood a while!. I would definitely return, as I’ve had stays in the past, with nice meals in bar and pleasant staff.

Wonderful overnight stay. Absolutely amazing room.friendly staff. The kitchen staff were very lovely, we got stuck in traffic & our friends let them know we would be arriving at 10, our friends put our order in& held it until we arrived .
