Looks like it was once a cool hip place but now it’s tired. I chose it for the convenience to the ferry terminal. The room is quiet and clean with a good bed and shower. The staff is friendly and helpful. Free airport shuttle is a welcome surprise. Perfect for what we needed.

The beds are very small! The rooms are very small! I believe no maintenance has ever been done. The toilet seat was cracked. The floor boards by the pool felt like you could fall through at any time. They are so old and broken up. Just terrible. I didn’t allow my son to swim because of how bad it looked.

I always choose Fiesta Inn when I'm in Chetumal. I love the rooftop lounge and the restaurant. However, they really need to elevate/update their rooms.

The Roof top bar and pool were amazing. The need to walk a long way with stairs from the underground car park into the hotel I didn't like.

The rooftop pool n gym are fabulous but with no wash clothes and absolutely no HOT water the bathroom was useless. Also, no minifrig or microwave....who doesn't have this in this day and age? The staff was wonderful and the room and bed were lovely and parking safe and excellent.

We arrived and we always ask for 5th floor. We haves stayed here everyv6 weeks for the past 2 1/2 years and at 4:30 when we checked in our room wasn’t ready. The rooms seem to be not as clean as they used to be. Things in floor toilet paper stickers on wall etc. NO hit showers and this is the 4th time for that in rooms not in 5th floor. Very dis satisfied!!!!!
