The gal working the overnight on 10/27 thru Monday 10/28 was not your greatest asset. She was dismissive when checking out as i asked for a receipt for my stay and she said we don’t do that. Is this the only hotel that does not give a receipt when $300 was charged? Not a good plan! She needs to get a different career!

The front desk attendant was so friendly and checked me in no problem. We chose the accessible room and it had everything I needed for my specific disability. And it was very comfortable for my partner, my dogs, and myself.

Due to construction, it appeared that all entrances were closed and I had to call and was told to go around a “Road Closed” sign. Once I was there, everything was mostly fine. If you want dogs to toilet in a specific area, it should be better lit so handlers/owners can see poop piles to pick up.
