The biggest reason we picked this hotel was for the pool. Upon arrival we were told the pool was closed. No offer of a discount, no prior warning, no options for public pools or other activities. Facility maintenance is expected, but not offer any sort of compensation or warning is unacceptable. In addition, the representative at the front desk was on their phone during check-in; they had to be addressed before looking up to assist. The breakfast was good (nothing special), and the rooms were nice. Single elevator was very slow.

The room was comfortable. The pool was excellent but the jets in the hot tub did not work well. My only complaint was that I was charged for one night after already paying for the two nights in full through Expedia. I had to contact Expedia and the hotel to address the issue of double paying. The hotel should have contacted Expedia prior to charging my Credit Card to resolve what ever issues they had because they knew the booking was paid in full through Expedia So now I am waiting for the refund to my charge card.

The reason I picked this property and paid more for it than I had to is because it had a hot tub and pull. However when I get there the hots of them pool is closed. And it was just way too far out of Cheyenne for me to stay again
