I can’t say enough good things about the staff, they were super welcoming, friendly, efficient and wonderful, from the front desk staff to the cleaning crew. Everyone seemed happy and it felt like they like their jobs! Rare in the hotel world these days. I will definitely stay there again!

A wonderful hotel! Staff was extremely friendly! The front desk clerk brought up a rollaway for us and even helped us move the entertainment center to make the bed fit. Beds could use an upgrade, but everything was clean, the hotel was quiet, and the pool was fun for the kids. I would highly recommend this hotel for your visit to Cheyenne, Wyoming!

Great staff! Loved popcorn & yummy cookies, coffee etc., in the lobby! Hotel's older & something in the room, probably vents & a/c bothered my sinuses a lot, which is unusual. Can hear other people in hallway, but wasn't extremely bad. The Red Lion Inn across the street had a fantastic burger & salad. Location is just okay. An average hotel really, if anything stands out it was the desk personnel!
