We reserved a pet room. The room was on the lower level - where all pet rooms are. This was great because we did not have to mingle with other guests who aren't keen on pets. We did not notice any parties, loud guests or the normal sounds you hear in a hotel during the entire week of our stay. Hotel staff, top notch, every day - every shift - and we were there for an entire week. Breakfast was what you would expect in terms of qualify, but hot items were hot, and there was always plenty of everything. Finally, I have never stayed at a hotel where the staff seemed to work so hard to keep the facility clean and tidy. If I am ever in Cheyenne, would stay again and would recommend it to anyone else thinking of staying without any reservation or pause. 4.75 stars. My only gripe - the internet, even on the hotel wifi was SLLLOOOOWWWW!. Fix that and 5 stars all day long.

the room was very clean and a friendly staff , popcorn and fresh warm out the oven pumpkin spice cookies and breakfast was over the top with scrambled eggs bacon green chili sauce thing yummmie waffles, cereal, fruit and bread pantry bagels, English muffins, white, bread and all can be toasted butter honey and assorted jellies AWESOME . Staff also had a list of good places tor dinner . will stay there again
