Fantastic staff member

Our rooms were clean, pillows and bed were comfortable. The night clerk was absolutely amazing, she went out of her way to help us with a situation. We would definitely stay here again because of her, I just wish I would have asked her name.

We went to Cheyenne to attend our nephew's wedding at the Cheyenne frontier days. This was very close to the venue. The rooms in the hotel were very nice and big and clean the staff. We're very friendly and helpful for breakfast was great. The beds were very comfortable, and the pillows were extra comfortable. We also like the shampoo, body wash and lotion that was available. We have stood in hotels in the past year in New York, Florida, and this hotel is far almost better than them. We will return if needed to stay in Cheyenne again.

Dislike: 221 door deadbolt inoperative, needs one more trash receptacle in bathroom, by sink, make-up area. Access cards needed to be re-keyed for second night stay. Nearby room was noisy. Like: staff was courteous, and efficient, location of handicapped parking and residence, in general, was convenient.

I enjoyed my stay overall and was there for only 3 nights. The rooms are spacious and were very clean with the exception of the bathroom which had pinkish algae/mold growing in the lower portions of the shower and a lot of dirt in the corner beside the bathroom sink vanity. Housekeeping services this location are provided only after the third day or upon request. In my room it appeared that a good cleaning of the restroom/shower had not been done for weeks. It needed scrubbing with cleanser and attention to detail. The beds were comfortable, staff very cordial, and the breakfast served each morning which was included was quite good!
