Hotel notes for days in by Wyndham Checked out on September 19th around 11 which is what their signs say And we had three people and had one of the managers come but the first lady came in around nine fifteen. Which is just unexceptionable because we are ruler followers and we weren’t even partying and I was trying to get rest because I didn’t feel well they definitely shouldn’t have come in this many times and we won’t be staying there anymore.

Not even an apology...

We had a long day of driving and my wife pretty much jumped into bed early. After a few minutes she was greeted by a bedbug on her arm. When we inspected the bed we found four bedbugs. After some negotiations they bumped another guest reservation and gave us that room. The ordeal took an hour. When we got home we had to vacuum all our bags and I'm still not sure some of these bugs are not in our vehicle or my backpack. If we have to treat for bugs it will be added frustration. The manager declined to refund us for one nights stay through hotels.com. The stated reason? They found no bugs. Please see attached.

Bath tub and toilet were dirty, lobby smelled like smoke. Housekeeping walked in my room at 9:45am without knocking at all and I was standing in my room topless while ironing my shirt. All around the worst hotel experience I have had!

There was no coffee at Breakfast when I went at 7am. They were brewing more but I couldnt stay. The food selection was pretty unappealing as well. Overall the property needs a renovation.
