The room was cramped. There was some guy hanging out in the parking lot looked like he was living in his car. The breakfast was cheap stale donuts. Decent waffles and sausage. The staff made the stay. Amazing staff!

The person checking us in was great, however we were booked into a room that was already occupied! Someone was inside the room as we were trying to open the door! It was very embarrassing and awful! When we went back to the front desk to find out what happened, we were told that Expedia had booked us into a room that was already taken. There is no excuse for that!! :-(

You had no place but the floor to plug in your computer and phone. You had no room in the bathroom for your stuff. The tub was so high I could not get in to it. I will never stay there again. The handicap parking was further out than regular parking
