We got to the hotel a little after 3 am, exhausted from a long drive. The clerk said we were a no show and wouldn’t give us the room. Even though it was paid for. Said she didn’t have any other rooms and for us to leave. Lost my money and got no sleep

I booked accessible King with fridge. Got double with microwave on the second floor. Too tired to fight or argue.Breakfast was coffee and muffins. LOTS OF ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT. BUT, I did rest well, bed was comfortable and room was nice and cool. It was a motel 6.....
La double instead of king.
Towel bar couldn't hold up the towels.
Interesting shower head placement. But since there's no light working in the shower, facing out made scene.
No fridge. But a space for doggos to rest.

The room was tuny and there was some kind of a stain on the bed. I dont not stay i booked at a different hotel and ate the 100 dollars for the room

Absolutely horrible! We stayed for 6 days and after multiple requests, daily, our room was never cleaned. We had to collect our own towels from the front desk and the last time we returned towels we were told hoisekeeping would bring us fresh towels, which never arrived and we could not shower the last day we were there. I reserved a hadicap accessible room and upon check in the woman tried to place us in a regular room and got an attitude when my daughter told her it was not acceptable. Took almost 2 hours, at midnight, to find suitable accommodations. We were placed in filthy rooms that my daughter had to clean before we could even go to bed as staff was not helpful at all and super rude! We were placed in a building that was undergoing renovations and they would start work at 6am and continue until almost midnight, so sleep was not found. Additionally the train tracks were less than 20 feet from our front door and trains ran 24/7. The pool, which was a main reason we booked with this hotel, was covered and not operational. The homeless population is abundant in this area and we were constantly harrased for cash and cigarettes (we do not smoke) Absolute HORROR of a stay and would not ever return!

Partly I booked for the pool, but it was covered, didn't see or hear anything about an indoor pool. The property looked well cared for, gleaming paint on the doors, clean bedding and towels. But no fridge and no pool.

Poor. Very misleading.

Chose this as was listed as being part of Radisson. It's a Motel6. Breakfast consists (no dining area btw), muffin, pastry and nicotine flavoured coffee. Nothing more. The pool, granted listed as seasonal, but if August isn't seasonal then..., Pool was green. Not just a little bit, but fully fledged green slime with litter thrown in for good luck. The room was dirty and rushed cleaned (the dead fly stuck to the wall was a nice touch). On the plus side the bed was super comfy. WiFi was good signal but phones struggled to actually do anything that involved more than sending a WhatsApp message. If by renaming a Motel 6 as a Radisson was hoping to bring more guests in, then be prepared for negative feedback. The property lacked investment and tlc. Quite simply a truly awful experience but ONLY because it didn't deliver on any promises. Don't advertise free breakfast. Put complimentary (poor) snacks. Don't put heated pool. Put closed due to lack of maintenance. Check-in and out was ok and friendly enough. Oh, and if you awake in the middle of the night wondering why it sounds like someone has an angle grinder out in the carpark - there is a railway track 50ft from room. Sleep well. Rename if Motel5. @radisson - be ashamed.

Basic essentials are just fine. Updated bathrooms are a nice feature. I’m concerned with the big crack in the door (light/air) weather stripping could fix. No vent cover to aim the air (dust/dirt), and the corner piece of the rubber doesn’t quite cover the inch-long staples coming from the doormat (wear house shoes when close to that area. Dangerous!
