This is my second time staying here, and I love it. They have been doing renovations/ upgrades, but if you see through the "mess," you'll see this is a hidden gem. There's a bar, and the bartenders are sweet, knowledgeable, and helpful. The front desk personnel are also sweet, knowledgeable, and helpful. The breakfast has more options than most other inexpensive hotels I have stayed at. This will be my go-to stay whenever I'm in Cheyenne.

Bed was very comfortable, room was nice. The breakfast bar in the morning was empty. No one seemed to be aware of this. Front desk said they would let the cook know. Over a dozen guests were waiting, the cook never checked on the bar. If you are advertising a breakfast, have a breakfast bar ready. It was the wasted time that irritates me. I could have made a sandwich and been on the road. Instead, i planned on having breakfast, and wasted 20-30 minutes in the morning only to find out i needed to make other arrangements for breakfast.

Impressive level of value offered.

This is an easy 10 out of 5 (if only allowed). 5 is not enough, for the price we paid. Bright building, good parking, nice lobby, remodeling underway, but not interfering, hallway carpets clean and fresh, room... we'll just look at the pictures I have attached... Excellent! Shower, even on the 5th floor, has pressure like a firehose; rinses you off very well. Breakfast was plentiful, leaning on the protein side... good. I have spent over $300.00 elsewhere to get this kind of room, so ask me if I am pleased with Red Lion Hotel; Yes, very. Employees do a fine job of following the management leadership, in running a taut ship. Hurray, Team.

The bed was amazingly comfortable and room was clean. The bathroom light was very dim. There was no parking or traffic noise but you could everything from the hall. The continental breakfast did not have any options for diabetics, except scrabled eggs. However non of the cuns would stop me from staying again. Great place for a great price.
